in defiance and denial of more than EIGHT REGISTERED, Certified, w/ proofs of service and defaults, incl RF572807413US, RF573886029US, RF573886032US, RF572806015US,.. the woman named Robin J (Jean) Reichert, acting as clerk for NH circuit court, district division Newport, new hampshire, did continue to solicit a dead entity and legal fiction PERSON - "PAUL R WHIPPLE," and "PAUL WHIPPLE," with full knowledge that these entities are "contents, instruments, utilities" of a named organization, corporation or trust, titled PAUL RAYMOND WHIPPLE. AND, with full knowledge that addressing such fictions, it is not possible for the "person(s), party" addressed to notice or respond; as it; a THING, cannot DO anything, AND, that PAUL RAYMOND WHIPPLE, PAUL R WHIPPLE, PAUL WHIPPLE are not responsible for "themselves," but are the responsibility of who created them in the first place; AND, which "full responsibility" has been conveyed by the Secretary of State to the holder in due course; AND, which true and original Title is held by I; a man sent from God, whose name is paul raymond, a living descendant of the bloodline family known as, called Whipple, AND that I have expressed my will to retire the organization, do no business/ participate in no commercial activity/ using THAT NAME, or its' numbered accounts, insurances..., I did deposit the considerable contents with TREASURY, with instruction to settle the ACCOUNT(s), reconveyed and recorded the remaining PROPERTY on the land and soil of New Hampshire; sullivan and grafton county registry of deeds, AND despite judge's personal promise on the record with witnesses, to I, paul raymond that any correspondence in any case interesting me, will be sent "addressed to me," Nevertheless, Robin crafted a solicitation to PAUL R WHIPPLE, with claims against PAUL R WHIPPLE and PAUL WHIPPLE she knew could not answer, open, or comprehend anything, did commit mail fraud and solicitation of mail fraud. Knowing the possibility did not exist for the "addressee" to receive mail, she sent with manifest willful intent and malicious forethought, premeditation, to cause a poor, innocent, unsuspecting, misguided man or woman to commit a crime and open mail NOT in fact addressed to him or her. It is found that Robin intended to solicit business for herself and the registered for-profit organization dba corporate 'court' company, inc., Dunn and Bradstreet reord; JUDICIARY OF STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, INC. parent and branches, through simulation of legal process, resulting to date in the unlawful trespasses, persecution, harassments, detainments, arrests, imprisonments, theft of property, extortion, kidnapping, human trafficking, false impersonations, identity theft, unlawful conversions, and 18USC 242 DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW, causing substantial Damages, injuries, harm and loss to I, the man of faith, whose name is Paul Raymond 'Whipple,' ahve been caused, suffered long, and are past due and owing. I do no business in any way, shape, or form as a person. But, only as I am. I am a free and independent contractor, in covenant union with my Father in heaven, serving only Him! and cannot be bound to contract with any. I have notified all competent authorities, revoked powers of attorney for nondisclosure, rebutted all presumptions, severed all ties and bonds, contracts with the STATE; accepted and endorsed by Mike Pompeo; Secretary of State; United States of America. Robin Reichert defies the STATE and yet claims responsibility as authorized agent, trustee, or representative of the PAUL RAYMOND WHIPPLE organization. The USPS, United States Postal Service, U.S. Postal Service, Post Master/POSTMASTER General(s), Postal Court(s) are hereby notified and informed that they are accomplices on/of record, aiding and abetting Robin Jean Reichert and other named defendants, in a racketeer influenced corrupt organization in commission and solicitation of the above capital crimes and rights violations. Strict NO SOLICITATION orders have been served and ignored. And denied, defied with arrogant, reckless, irresponsible indifference to the public law, peace, health or safety, in violation of all oaths of office, and with total disregard for the consequences of her/their actions on living people, with impunity until NOW. Notice she uses untrackable, first class mail in place of lawful service of record, same as junk mail and all other inconsequential advertising/marketing for business solicitations, yet cloaked in the guise of "simulation of legal process(es). Since the USPS is acting as "process server" for these actions, now knowing they/it USPS principals and agents are fully liable, bound to do the right thing and exercise oversight of your corporate and private customers! And keep the former from preying on the latter! Otherwise, all principals and agents and employees of USPS are and shall hereafter be held liable for the criminal conduct they are aiding and abetting in the furtherance of.

Via USPS advancing unlawful, unwanted, prohibited, solicitation under false pretenses, to a man standing under God, an American standing under the public law, a national of New Hampshire state, a new hampshirite in other words. Owing my allegiance to the state; the land and people of new hampshire, which I was born and now stand on.
